Profit and loss - What is wrong with your website?
In today's world most companies have a website and those companies without are thinking about getting one. The expense is secondary and it is expensive. The facts are that a website with out review is like an employee without assessment. Remember that only 6% of all websites make a profit and only 3 search engines provide 85-90% of the traffic.
Few people know or even understand that generally websites have to be resubmitted for inclusion by the search engine every month and that the search engine recognizes tags that are prepared in a certain manner. The monthly outlay and the subsequent return is in the hands of a third party in most cases and in most cases the marketing expectations cannot be met because of the costs involved. It is then regarded as image setter, the public face of the business.
With this in mind it is prudent for business to engage a third party for a semi annual review. A review will cover the cost, the expense, the new business and the profit. This independent report can then be used to better guide your strategic and marketing objective and to monitor performance against expectation.
Each Audit examines and assesses, provides an inventory whilst reviewing, inspecting the work carried out. A formal appraisal report is the issued.
The report determines the efficiency, the usefulness and helpfulness of the site and is centered around two questions, what is the purpose of the site? and what is the expected out come of a visitation to the site?
Each visitor to a website is in need of or searching for an idea or a product, tangible or otherwise. The object of each website is to force a reaction to any given set of results, that action allows for a second motion that satisfies the web user.
It pays to be the know!
Hear no evil, see no evil....speak no evil
An independent website audit is the best way to assess the value your company places in its online presence
